By accessing or using the DEBB API, Telegram bot, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DEBB provides on-chain risk scoring for Solana tokens using machine learning and publicly available blockchain data. Scores are informational only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
DEBB scores are derived from on-chain signals and historical data. They do not guarantee future performance or safety. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
API keys are issued per customer and must not be shared or resold. You are responsible for all usage under your key. DEBB reserves the right to revoke keys that violate these Terms or are used for abusive purposes.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
You may not use DEBB to: (a) build a competing scoring service using our data; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer our model or signals; (c) abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
DEBB is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEBB and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email if you have an active subscription.
