Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect minimal data needed to operate the Service:

• Email address (when you sign up for an API key or newsletter)
• API usage logs (token addresses scored, timestamps, response codes)
• Telegram user ID and username (when you use the bot)
• Payment information (processed by Paddle - we never see card numbers)

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Wallet addresses or private keys
• Browsing history or tracking cookies
• Any data beyond what is needed to provide the Service

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Deliver API responses and enforce usage limits
• Send your API key and billing receipts via email
• Send the newsletter (if you opted in - unsubscribe any time)
• Improve the ML model using aggregated, anonymized scoring data

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Paddle - payment processing
• Railway - hosting infrastructure
• Resend - transactional email delivery

Each provider has their own privacy policy and handles data per their terms.

5. Data Retention

API usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and abuse prevention. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a cancellation request.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing debb.fyi@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

API keys are stored as hashed values; we cannot recover your key if lost. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow security best practices to protect your information.
